About the role
Harbour House Restaurants is hiring a friendly Front of House Team Member to welcome guests, take orders, support table service, and help the team deliver a smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities
- ✓Welcome guests and help create a positive first impression
- ✓Take orders and support table service
- ✓Handle customer questions politely and clearly
- ✓Work with kitchen and bar teams during busy service
- ✓Keep front-of-house areas clean and organised
Requirements
- ✓Customer-facing experience preferred
- ✓Comfortable speaking with guests

- ✓Reliable, punctual, and calm under pressure
